Mission
The Aviators are a summer collegiate woodbat baseball team of the Sunflower Collegiate League of Kansas. Our mission is to glorify God by building well-rounded leaders who demonstrate the values of Integrity, Faith, and Excellence.
Vision
The Aviators will develop a family-like atmosphere that will invite men, no matter where they enter the program, to grow personally, in baseball ability, and in their relationships with each other and God. Growth in these areas will develop their ability to lead in their campuses, careers, and families. Personal belief in God is not required, but a willingness to participate fully in team activities is encouraged. Coaches and staff will strive to develop personal relationships with players to encourage them on personal basis through the summer.
Core Values
Integrity: Consistent and reliable alignment of belief and actions.
Faith: Belief that God is real and alive, His Word is true, and that a life lived pursuing him is the best life possible. This belief is given by God for our salvation and to move us to action. It cannot be generated or earned by us.
Excellence: This kind of life will not be defined by perfection, superiority to others, or (always) winning; but always is marked by love and growth in godly character and actions.
